This memorial is located at the gates to what was Vimy Barracks (now CFB Kingston) and is dedicated "To those in the Royal Canadian Corps of Signals who gave their lives for their country".

In 1962 over $30,000 was raised for construction of a fitting Signals War Memorial. A sod turning ceremony was held in June 1962 and the unveiling parade was held 6 October, 1962. In 2014 the memorial was rededicated to include members of the Communications and Electronics Branch who died as a result of their service.

Sod Turning Ceremony

In June 1962 Her Royal Highness, Mary, The Princess Royal visited Kingston and participated in the sod turning ceremony.

Dedication Ceremony

An unveiling and dedication ceremony was held on 6 October, 1962.

C&E Rededication

On 26 June 2014 the RCSigs Memorial was rededicated to include members of the Communications and Electronics Branch.
