Since Semaphore to Satellite was published in 2013, there have been a number of observations and necessary corrections noted with the material in the book. These are published here not as a criticism to the author or others involved with it's publication but rather as a method of ensuring the most accurate record as possible is shared with those interested in its subject matter.
