Maj N.B. Marshall		5 May 2017	For exceptionally meritorious achievement as a member of the United States Security Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority from 7 September 2014 to 1 July 2015. As the Deputy Program Manager for Communications Information Systems allowed the United States Security Coordinator to redefine its approach to sustaining long term communication capability of the Palestinian Security Forces through analysis and superbly developed projects his mentorship imparted significant capability of the PASF and enhanced the reputation of the United States Security Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority. Major Marshall professional efforts reflect great credit upon the United States Security Coordinator and the Canadian Army.
