General Order 85/1905

SIGNALLING CORPS -- The uniform and equipment for officers, non-commissioned officers and men of the Canadian Signalling Corps will be the same as now worn by corresponding ranks in infantry regiments.

Leggings, black leather, infantry, will form part of the equipment.
