Description
Captain Elroy Forde in CSC uniform circa 1912. He is dressed in the "Undress" uniform as described in General Order 146/1908 at least as far as the jacket goes. He is incorrectly wearing the "Full Dress" trousers instead of the Service Dress trousers as authorized.
