Capbadge cele embroidered

An embroidered version of the CELE cap badge. The provenance of this badge is not known but it appears to be a more modern variation than the original circa 1970 embroidered cap badge that exists. It is made with silver/gold bullion and not the typical rayon material that the current OR's version uses. Any information on this badge would be appreciated. Send email to webmaster@rcsigs.ca
